Kevin Donohue

Vice President - Land & Business Development

Kevin is currently Vice President - Land & Business Development for our Minerals assets.

Kevin is currently Vice President - Land & Business Development for our Minerals assets. Kevin joined Forestar in November 2012 as Land Manager, Northern Division.

Prior to joining Forestar, Kevin was an Advisor – Land & Acquisitions for Forest Oil Corporation in Denver, working various basins across the country in their New Ventures Group. Kevin has considerable experience in the Rockies, Anadarko Basin, Permian Basin, Gulf Coast, and Ark-La-Tex areas primarily focused on operations, business development, and joint ventures.

Kevin has over 18 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Energy Management from the University of Oklahoma.

Kenneth Gibson Jr.

Vice President - Land Sales and Exchanges

Kenneth has served Forestar as Vice President Land Sales & Exchanges since 2007.

Kenneth has served Forestar as Vice President Land Sales & Exchanges since 2007.

Kenneth manges the analysis and segmentation of undeveloped Forestar properties into long term hold, strategic and retail sale opportunities. He is responsible for marketing Forestar's Georgia/Alabama properties through a high volume retail program and through institutional/investor sales. From 2001-2007, Kenneth held a similar position with Temple-Inland. From 1983 to 2001, he held various wood procurement and land menagement positions with Temple-Inland and its successor companies, as well Georgia Pacific. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Georgia Forestry Association.

Mr. Gibson holds a Bachelor of Science in Forest Resources from the University of Georgia.

Bill Goodrum

Vice President - Water Resources

Bill is responsible for Forestar’s East Texas water assets as well as mitigation solutions across the business enterprise.

Bill is responsible for Forestar’s East Texas water assets as well as mitigation solutions across the business enterprise.

Prior to his current role, Bill was responsible for the development and maintenance of environmental programs, policies and practices across the Forestar business enterprise. Bill joined the former parent company of Forestar, Temple-Inland, in 1981 and prior to joining Temple-Inland he worked for the Natural Resource Conservation Service. He has 30 years of experience in the management of natural resource assets in the areas of business development and market based conservation ventures, conservation portfolio development/management, certification programs/best management practices, environmental compliance/auditing, water quality, and wildlife management.

Bill holds a Bachelor’s degree in Wildlife & Range Science from Texas A & M University and a Masters of Science in Forestry from Stephen F. Austin State University.
